Our simple, all-inclusive pricing includes almost everything you could think of for general property management. We chose to eliminate all hidden fees that most Texas management companies charge.

For example, many other companies charge excessive fees for items such as creating a repair request, generating invoices, key copies, smoke alarm batteries, company credit card use, property showings, mailing statements or checks, and much more. Instead, we believe in a fixed management fee that covers all these costs and more.
